About 70m W of Town Hall.

Probably mid C19.

Three storey, 3 window front; rendered walls; slate roof with end stone chimneys.
Eaves band. On upper floor, three 9-pane sash windows. Three 12-pane sashes on first floor. On ground floor, C20 bank front; 4 bays with Doric columns supporting entablature; the 2 left hand bays each enclose two 12-pane sash windows; the third bay encloses entrance, the fourth bay a C20 small-pane bow window.
