Cadw's description

Situated close to SW corner of tannery SE of farmhouse.

Small outbuilding, possibly former cottage, of three bays, latterly used for animal housing, possibly C18 originally. Marked on 1839 Tithe Map.

Outbuilding, former cottage, whitewashed rubble stone with corrugated iron roof. Single storey, partly lofted. N wall has full height door to right of centre, square window to centre of S wall, similar square window to right on W wall and small loft window to right on E wall.

Originally of 3 bays with scarfed cruck trusses, of which the feet of W truss survive and scar only of E truss. Big fireplace with timber lintel at E end. Four oak beams. Roof of thin bolted collar trusses, early C20.

Included for group value as part of the extensive farmstead at Aberdeunant.
