Location
Situated immediately W of the house, at right angles, fronting onto entry to farmyard.
History
Lofted stable range of about 1880. (Building 3 in National Trust survey).
Exterior
Lofted stable range, rubble stone with slate roof. Single centre square boarded loft door and to ground floor, door, window (under loft door) and door, all with stone voussoirs. Nine-pane tilting light to left window, 9-pane casement to centre window. Loft window each end gable, with stone voussoirs.
Interior
Lofted interior with ground floor stable, upper end divided off possibly as chaff-room. Loft has stapled and bolted collar-trusses.
Reason for designation
Included as a well-preserved lofted stable range, and as part of the farmstead group at Aberdeunant.
