To N of Elgin House.

Narrow bathstone front of 4 storeys plus attic, 3 windows. Dutch Renaissance style. Attic has Dutch gable with 3 windows. Third floor has pilasters and deep frieze with relief decoration. Second floor similar with pediment over central window. First floor similar with swan neck pediment. Modern shopfront.
