Circa 1900. Architects William Ware and Corbett. Built for Solomon Andrews, Cardiff entrepreneur.
Exterior
Dutch Renaissance style. Three storeys, pressed red brick, bathstone dressings.
Low Dutch gable; 2-storey broad oriel window has 2 windows to front on top floor; broad window with pediment over 1st floor. Modern shopfront.
