Cadw's description

Located SE of the farmhouse which is approximately 1.25 km S of Langernyw.

Probably built in the earlier C19, coeval with farmhouse.

Single storey L-shaped vernacular farmyard ranges. Part of a complete farmstead, and perhaps originally cownhouses. Built of local stone random rubble; Welsh slate gabled roofs with slate ridges and verges. N and E elevations facing yard have full-height openings with boarded doors.

Interior not accessible for inspection at time of resurvey.

Included as an example of largely unaltered early C19 improved farm buildings which form part of a complete farmstead group at Hendre Ddu.
