Location
Located SE of the farmhouse which is approximately 1.25 km S of Langernyw.
History
Probably built in the earlier C19, coeval with farmhouse.
Exterior
Single storey L-shaped vernacular farmyard ranges. Part of a complete farmstead, and perhaps originally cownhouses. Built of local stone random rubble; Welsh slate gabled roofs with slate ridges and verges. N and E elevations facing yard have full-height openings with boarded doors.
Interior
Interior not accessible for inspection at time of resurvey.
Reason for designation
Included as an example of largely unaltered early C19 improved farm buildings which form part of a complete farmstead group at Hendre Ddu.
