Location
Now forming the corner to the pedestrian access to the car-park to rear of shops on S Bridge Street.
History
Circa 1830. Occupied by Waddingtons solicitors in 1851.
Exterior
Attached rough-cast wall at right side with arched carriage entrance to former yard at rear.
Interior
Plan of central hallway extending to staircase rising to rear. This has stick balusters, ramped handrail, and staircase window with panelled reveals/shutters. Margin-glazed double doors to hall rear; bracketed plaster hall arch. Six-panelled doors with architraves.
Reason for designation
Listed as a townhouse retaining early C19 fabric and character. Group value with other listed buildings in Bridge Street.
