Situated to south-west of Llechryd.

Exterior

Probably late C18/early C19 agricultural range; rubble with slate roof. Square-headed cartshed openings to downhill end. Mostly altered openings.

Reason for designation

Retained on the list notwithstanding alterations as part of the group of listed historic farm buildings at Llechryd.
