Cadw's description

About 30m north west of Llanvihangel Court at the end of the second terrace.

A possibly early C18 coach house, but it is marked as 'Laundry' on the Edward Foster plan of 1881 (see Llanvihangel Court), this may refer to the rear section only.

Red brick with yellow brick dressings on a stone rubble plinth, stone tile roof. Square two storey block with hipped roof. The main elevation has central double coach doors under a segmental head. This is flanked by small paned casement windows. Central lunette over the doors. The side elevation has another pair of doors but is otherwise plain. The rear has a small wing with lean-to roof.

Interior not available for inspection at resurvey (May 1997).

Listed as a good C18 brick coach-house, one of the important group of historic buildings at Llanvihangel Court.
