Cadw's description

Situated towards the N end of the E side of the High Street in Borth.

One of a row of earlier C19 cottages, possibly marked on the Tithe Map of 1845.

Whitewashed render with slate roof and stone stack to right. Two-storey, two-window front offset to left. First floor has 16-pane sashes to left and right and ground floor has similar to right, all with slate sills. Doorway to left has 9-pane C20 glazed door.

Listed as the centre part of the most well-preserved row of early C19 cottages in Borth. Group value with Sabrina Cottage and Angorfa. Indicative of the early development of the resort.
