Location
Situated towards the N end of the E side of the High Street in Borth.
History
One of a row of three earlier C19 cottages possibly marked on the Tithe Map of 1845.
Exterior
Colourwashed render with slate roof and stone stack to right. Two-storey, two-window front offset to left. First floor has 16-pane sashes to left and right and ground floor has 16-pane sash to right, all three have slate sills. Doorway to left has C20 glazed door.
Reason for designation
Listed as part of the best surviving terraced row of early C19 cottages in Borth. Group value with Sabrina Cottage and Morfa. Indicative of the early development of the resort.
