The cottages are set on the NE angle of the junction between the A547, Rhuddlan Road and Gors Road, leading S from Abergele.
Exterior
No 3 is a handed pair with No 2, with a 6-flue stack on the party wall, and a rear gabled wing, the glazing renewed.
Reason for designation
Included as a good example of mid to late C19 estate cottages in the distinctive style of a foremost architect of the period.
