The cottages are set on the NE corner of the A547 Rhuddlan Road, and Gors Road running S from Abergele.
Exterior
No 2 is a handed pair with No 3, with a 6-flue stack on the party wall, and a rear gabled service wing, the glazing renewed.
Reason for designation
Included as a good example of mid to late C19 estate cottages in the distinctive style of a foremost architect of the period.
