Cadw's description

Situated some 700m W of Penuwch Chapel, on S side of lane

Early to mid C19 small farmhouse, the house marked on 1843 Nantcwnlle Tithe Map appears slightly SE of present site.

Whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof, and whitewashed stone end stacks. Two-storey, double-fronted with facade offset to right. Small four-pane sashes, two under eaves, two larger, below with stone slab lintels. Ledged door aligned closer to right window, also with slab lintel. Outshut rear with one small end wall window and one 4-pane window in centre of rear wall.

Listed as a well-preserved smaller mid C19 farmhouse which has retained its regional character.
