Cadw's description

Capel y Drindod is prominently situated on steep slope in village centre. Gate in front of chapel.

Erected probably contemporary with the rebuilding of the chapel in 1864.

Square rubble gate piers with stepped coping and ovoid stone finals. Paired late C19 cast-iron gates with ramped top- rails.

Adjoining front boundary wall recently with one of cemented block construction.

Included for group value with Capel y Drindod.
