Cadw's description

Prominently situated on bend of A475 (N side), in centre of Aberbanc.

Mid C19, possibly with earlier core: a smaller building is shown on the site on the 1844 Tithe Map. The cottages were apparently built for estate workers at nearby Bronwydd.

Left cottage has gabled front with C20 porch to left and six-light 9-pane window to right having timber mullions and upper transom: cambered stone voussoired head. Small 4-pane window above to gable, similar head.

The interiors were not available for inspection.

Listed as apicturesque vernacular terrace in attractive village setting.
