Situated on E side of A482, near entrance to the Theatre. 0.75km NW of Ystrad Aeron.
History
Early/mid C19. This road was managed by the Aberystwyth Turnpike Trust, which was set up in 1770.
Exterior
Low painted milestone with rounded top. Inscription (partly following curve) reads: "Aberayron 6 miles. Lampeter 7".
Reason for designation
Listed for its historic interest as a survival of early road transport history.
