Cadw's description

Located immediately N of Trefeca College Farmhouse, facing the farmyard.

Mixed sandstone rubble with slate roofs, but corrugated iron on the N range. 'U'-plan. Probably C18 with later alterations. The S arm gable end has a central door with reused datestone 1615 over, and a further reset stone with two incised panels. Loft door over. Recessed centre is of stone to loft floor level, then continued up in timber framing originally clad with weatherboarding. Five doors, hay store over.

N arm contains a store barn, with cart door and ventilation slits on side walls and gable. The S range is continued back to provide further cow housing.

Included as of group value with Trefeca College Farmhouse.
