Cadw's description
Location
The house stands at the end of a terrace of cottages, at the junction of Hospital Road and Penybont Road, behind a railed front area.
Exterior
House of the early-mid C19, possibly with earlier origins. Two storeys, 3 bay. Central C19 glazed door within timber doorcase and flat canopy. Two-light later C19 casement windows in openings with slightly cambered heads, and first floor sill band. Above central bay, a small decorative gable with a blind lunette. Gable stacks.
Reason for designation
Included as a good example of a mid C19 village house.
