History
House and public house; probably late C18.
Exterior
Two storey building in 2 parts, to L stone (painted), to R weatherboarded over timber framing; slate roof, central stone chimney. To L, 2 window (stone) section, each floor with 16-pane hornless sash window right section also 2 windows, each floor with 16-pane hornless sash windows; boarded entrance door; to R, lean to with boarded door and small sash window. Large extension to rear.
Listed as good town example of local style mixing weatherboarding and stone building techniques.
