Located approximately 116m S of the Wern Bridge on the outflow channel from the former corn mill.
Exterior
Circular structure of blue brick in header bond, and round topped stone copings, connected to outlet at canal level above, controlled by cast iron flood paddle at side of towpath.

One of a number of canal structures on the Montgomeryshire Canal at Wern Mill forming a group of special interest.
