Location
An imposing farmhouse of the Baker family.
History
Farmhouse. Probably early C19.
Exterior
Red brick, formerly rendered, with slate roof. Two storeys, raised to 3 in C19. Three bay plan with gable stacks, and added central rear wing. Central door. Tripartite windows to ground and first floor, but 12 pane sash over entrance. Plat bands. Nine-paned iron casement window with pivot lights to second floor. Rear wing of 2 storeys with gable stack.
Reason for designation
A well preserved large farmhouse of late Georgian character.
