National school, 1825-7, extensively altered and extended in 1873, now a school outdoor pursuits centre.

Large transomed paned windows under segmental stone arches and stone sills. Attached at the E end 1-bay washroom further extended as toilets. Interior subdivided and ceiled throughout.
Reason for designation
The building is a good example of a village school situated close to the church and makes a handsome contribution to the village centre.
