Cadw's description

Situated on W side of Milford Docks, just S of Victoria Brige.

Cl9 warehouse range in rubble stone with grey cut stone quoins and dressings. Asbestos sheet roof. Two-storey l5-bay range, made up of five 3-bay sections each with centre doors and outer casement windows each floor. Upper doors were all under shallow stone gables with hoists, but only one remains at N end. Lower openings have cut stone cambered heads, upper windows are under eaves, upper doors are taller than those below. Interior stone dividing walls between each three-bay section.

Building appears on l885 map but clear evidence as to its date and whether it ever functioned as a sail loft is lacking.
