The first house on S side of the road to Abercastell.
Exterior
Early C19, single storey cottage in whitewashed rubble stone with grouted slate roof and end stack, large eastern stack. Small 2-pane window to left of door and 6-pane window to right.
Believed unoccupied (July 1989).
Reason for designation
Included as best example from the single storey cottages surviving in village.
