Location
Reached to SW of Fron Bache. On NW side of the lane that leads up to road over to Glyn Ceiriog. Above the road overlooking the farmyard opposite. Formerly known as Ty Isaf; part of Vivod estate.
Exterior
Probably early C19; lobby entry and gable end chimney plan form. 2-storey, broad 3-window whitewashed rubble front; slate roof and whitewashed rubble chimney stacks with brick caps. Mainly small pane sash windows, some horned; 2-light casement window to the former cottage at left. Boarded doors, that to the main entrance is recessed and has gabled hood; smaller entrance to the former cottage. Projecting chimney breast to the right gable end. Roof dog legs to the rear.
