Quayside warehouse, probably early C19, possibly late C18. Restored in late C20 and used as restaurant, deteriorating 2005.

Warehouse, rubble stone with slate close-eaved roof, half-hipped at ends. Three storeys, three bays with renewed casement pair windows, stone voussoirs to cambered heads and slate sills. E front to quay has three top windows evenly spaced, three longer first floor windows with the right one spaced further right than the window above and ground floor broad cambered-headed former entry, with bicolour voussoirs, now with C20 glazed doors and sidelights. S end has first floor door reached by long flight of stone steps across gable front of the Old Wool Market. Large loft window above with timber lintel.
Front to Quay Street, also three-storey and three-bay has renewed windows with cambered heads and stone voussoirs flanking centre longer former loading doors, and wide cambered ground floor centre opening with stone voussoirs, flanked by similar cambered headed opening to each side, these with cast concrete curved heads replacing flat heads since 1974.
