Location
Situated in terraced row, paired with No 4, opposite former Town Council offices.
History
One of a pair of mid C19 cottages, with No 4, part of a row of three with continuous eaves including the altered No 3A to right.
Exterior
Terraced house, paired with No4, painted roughcast with slate close eaved roof and gutter on small brackets. Brick centre ridge stack between houses which have paired recessed centre doors separated by a cemented brick pier, one-window range each, of horned 12-pane sashes. No 3 has blocked doorway to extreme right. Doors are flush panelled 4-pane with overlight.
