Uphill from Rectory and reached by a diagonal roadway from Bryntirion Road near Sandbrook House. Detached in walled garden.
History

Exterior
2-storey, 3-window Regency front now pebbledashed, hipped slate roof with rendered end stacks and broad eaves. Modern small-pane sash windows, louvred shutters to first-floor. Ground-floor bays flank Tuscan porch with modern door in glazed surround. Original small-pane glazing to rear sash windows.
Short sections of original (?) ironwork railings flank entrance gate.
