Cadw's description

On the corner of Carmarthen Street with Rhosmaen Street.

Ca l920. Style of Woolfall and Eccless. Classical style Bank.

Single storey, 3 bay corner site. Steeply pitched slate roof.

Entrance bay across corner. Segmental open pediment on pilasters with inset husk garland over panel. Balustraded parapets flanking. Continuous modillion cornice over sunk panelled entablature, plain "triglyphs". Channelled entrance bay. Tall round arched doorway, sunk chamfered architrave, fielded keystone with guttae. Plain fanlight over panelled double doors.

2 window bay canted back to right. Channelled end pilaster, plinth. Tall round arched windows, fielded keystones with guttae set between Tuscan pilasters. Marginal glazing bars.
