Cadw's description

Situated towards S end of Marine Terrace.

Mid C19.

House in painted stucco with slate roof and rendered left-hand stack. Two-storey three-window range of plate glass sashes with slate sills and C20 door with overlight in C20 lean-to porch. C20 large dormer.

Included for group value, despite altered windows and door. Probably built as a pair with No 1 after 1847, as not marked on 1847 Tithe Map.
