Cadw's description

Situated adjoining Ivy House at S end of Marine Terrace.

Mid C19.

End-of-terrace house in unpainted roughcast with slate roof and rendered end stacks. Two-storey three-window front of original hornless 12-pane sashes with painted slate sills and original 6-panel front door with traceried overlight and panelled reveals.

Low rendered front garden wall with end piers and low iron railings each side of iron gate.

Not apparently marked on 1847 Tithe Map where the terrace begins slightly further N.

Listed as a good example of typical New Quay house with surviving windows and door.
