Situated in terraced row Nos 1-19 High Terrace.
History

Exterior
Terraced house in unpainted roughcast with stucco dressings, slate roof, bracketted eaves and stone right end stack. Two-storey three-window range of plate glass sashes, 4-panel door and overlight. Stucco strips, sill band and surrounds with keystones, similar to Nos 9-10. Slate sills.
Reason for designation
Included for group value as part of a prominent terrace, begun c1848.
