Set into the terrace, stepped up from Nos 22 to 24 to left.

Building shown on site on c. 1790 map.

Three-storey, 2-window stucco front with Victorian horned sash windows, including 1st floor splayed oriel, and modern shop front. Slate roof, wide bracket eaves and pitched roof slate hung dormer with bargeboards.
