Cadw's description

Midway along the Promenade; detached to right-end.

Shown on 1834 map. Earlier C19 with Victorian alterations.

Asymmetrical 3-storey, basement and attic 2+3+3-window roughcast front with channelled, part-rusticated ground floor; pilaster strips and 1st floor cill band to outer bays. Slate roof, rubble chimney stacks and wide bracket eaves. Pitched roof dormers, some slate hung, with bargeboards. Sash and casement windows to attic, horned sash windows below. Full height bay windows except to central and right hand entrance bays which have architraves, one central window blocked. Half glazed door entrances; half glazed porch to left.

Cement render right side, boarded door leads to side passage. Small pane sash windows to rear and modern brick cross range.
