Cadw's description

Set into the terrace on the promenade near the corner with Terrace Road.

Not shown on 1834 map; mid C19 with Victorian alterations.

Three-storey, basement and attic, two-window stucco front with grooved and pilaster strips and rusticated ground floor. Slate roof, wide bracket eaves, stock brick and rubble chimney stacks. Horned sash glazing; pitched roof dormers with bargeboards; full height splayed bay window with cornice and elaborate ironwork parapet.

Rubble rear with brick voussoirs, sash windows and brick extension.
