Omschrijving
Herenhuis met verdieping en schilddak met hoekschoorstenen, gebouwd in 1865 voor Levi Salomon Spanjaard, medefirmant van de textielfabriek S.J. Spanjaard te Borne. Voorgevel in op het 18e eeuwse gevelschema teruggaande eclectische trant met flauw getoogde vensters, waarin zesruitsschuiframen. De hoeken van de gevel en de middenpartij worden gemarkeerd door verdiepte, gepleisterde pilasters, waarboven de houten kroonlijst is verkropt. Description
Mansion with storey and hipped roof with corner chimneys, built in 1865 for Levi Salomon Spanjaard, partner in the textile factory S.J. Spanjaard at Borne. Front facade in an eclectic manner harking back to the 18th century facade scheme with slightly arched windows, in which six-pane sash windows. The corners of the facade and the central section are marked by recessed, plastered pilasters, above which the wooden cornice is broken. Rectangular window above the entrance, in profiled surround. Balcony on consoles, with cast-iron railing. In the frieze below the cornice lying windows.
