BEJAARDENCENTRUM 'Huize St. Martinus'. PAND onder een schilddak. Begane grond: aan weerszijden van de deur twee 6-ruitsvensters; op verdieping: vijf 6-ruitsvensters, waarboven overstekende goot op klossen. Deur met omlijsting en daarboven fraaie bekroning. Hal met marmeren vloerplaten en oude binnendeuren. Aan straatzijde kamers met fraaie betimmeringen, een ervan bovendien met beschilderde wanden en zoldering.

CARE HOME 'Huize St. Martinus'. BUILDING with hipped roof. Ground floor: on either side of the door two 6-pane windows; on first floor: five 6-pane windows, above which overhanging gutter on corbels. Door with moulding and above it fine coping. Hall with marble floor tiles and old internal doors. Rooms on street side with fine panelling, one of them moreover with painted walls and ceiling.
