Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ van het Kempische langgeveltype, genaamd 'de kleine Wamberg'. Een laan met beuken loopt van het hoofdhuis en de zogenaamde 'Grote Wamberg' (het jacht- en koetshuis) naar deze boerderij. Sinds ca. 1500 stond hier een boerderij. De huidige langgevelboerderij dateert vermoedelijk in oorsprong uit eind XVIII. Het woongedeelte heeft vensters met roedenverdeling Een oude kelder is nog aanwezig. Na een brand in 1968 is het stalgedeelte gerestaureerd. Aan de oostelijke korte gevel is (vermoedelijk in de jaren 60 van de twintigste eeuw) een woning gebouwd met huisnummer 16a, deze valt buiten de bescherming.
Waardering
De BOERDERIJ is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang vanwege de ouderdom, als functioneel onderdeel van het historische complex en vanwege de ensemblewaarde met de overige onderdelen van de buitenplaats.

Description
FARMHOUSE of the Kempen long-gabled type, called 'de kleine Wamberg'. An avenue with beech trees runs from the main house and the so-called 'Grote Wamberg' (the hunting and coach house) to this farmhouse. Since c. 1500 a farmhouse stood here. The current long-gabled farmhouse presumably dates in origin from the late 18th century. The residential section has windows with glazing bars. An old cellar is still present. After a fire in 1968 the stable section was restored. On the eastern short gable a dwelling was built (presumably in the 1960s) with house number 16a, this falls outside the protection.
Valuation
The FARMHOUSE is of general cultural-historical importance because of its age, as a functional component of the historical complex and because of its ensemble value with the other components of the country estate.
