Omschrijving onderdeel 4.
SCHUUR, XIX of ouder; direct ten noordoosten van het koetshuis: bakstenen schuur (in de jaren 70 van de twintigste eeuw tot woning getransformeerd) van één bouwlaag op rechthoekige plattegrond onder schilddak met rode pannen; ramen met roedenverdeling met luiken. Oorspronkelijk stond hier de tiendschuur voor het opslaan van de Wambergse tiend.

De SCHUUR is in cultuurhistorisch en architectuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang vanwege de ouderdom, als cultuurhistorisch en functioneel onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats en vanwege de ensemblewaarde met de overige onderdelen van de buitenplaats.

BARN, 19th century or older; directly to the northeast of the carriage house: brick barn (converted into a dwelling in the 1970s) of one storey on a rectangular ground plan under a hipped roof with red tiles; windows with glazing bars with shutters. Originally the tithe barn for storage of the Wambergse tithe stood here.
Valuation
The BARN is of general cultural-historical and architectural-historical importance because of its age, as a cultural-historical and functional component of the historic estate and because of the ensemble value with the other components of the estate.
