Koevoetstraat 31. Pand met verdieping en zadeldak, dat doorloopt over voormalig nummer 33. Herbouwd op oudere kelders na de beschieting van 1747. Voormalig Koevoetstraat 33. Voormalig koetshuis onder zadeldak, dat doorloopt over nummer 31. Lage verdieping met 24-ruitsraam in het venster. Getoogde inrijpoort met halfcirkelvormig stalraampje daarnaast. Het pand dateert van de herbouwperiode na de beschieting van 1747.

Former coach-house under gabled roof, which continues over number 31. Low storey with 24-light window in the window. Arched carriage gateway with semi-circular stable window beside it. The building dates from the reconstruction period after the bombardment of 1747.
