Pand met verdieping onder met pannen gedekt zadeldak, dat doorloopt over het rechter en linker buurpad; gevel afgesloten met later aangebrachte, gepleisterde band met geprofileerd lijstje en geprofileerde goot; twee schuifvensters met gedeeld bovenlicht en geprofileerde omlijsting; deur met gedeeld bovenlicht, die tesamen met eenzelfde deur van Koevoetstraat 29 omlijst is door gebosseerde pilasters gedekt door kroonlijst; vierruits venster op verdieping; staafankers. Het pand dateert uit de herbouwperiode na de beschieting van 1747.

Description
Building with storey covered with a pantiled gabled roof, which continues over the right and left neighbouring buildings; facade closed with later added, plastered band with moulded cornice and moulded gutter; two sash windows with divided fanlight and moulded frame; door with divided fanlight, which together with an identical door of Koevoetstraat 29 is framed by rusticated pilasters topped by cornice; four-light window on storey; bar anchors. The building dates from the reconstruction period after the bombardment of 1747.
