Omschrijving
Vredenrust. Bakstenen stelphoeve, XVII-XIX. Voorgevel, voorzien van hoger middenrisaliet met fronton met vaasbekroning. Ingang in pilasteromlijsting onder een bovenlicht. Op de schoorsteen een windvaan met voorstelling van een walvisvaarder. Inwendig een gebeeldhouwde rondboogportiek, waarboven een ovaalvenster in gebeeldhouwde omlijsting met engeltjes, XVII. Vertrek met geschilderd plafond, elders resten van decoratieve beschildering, XIXa. Volgens plaatselijke overlevering was hier eertijds een Katholieke schuilkerk

Description
Vredenrust. Brick stelphoeve, 17th-19th century. Front facade provided with higher central risalit with pediment with urn finial. Entrance in pilaster frame under a fanlight. Inside a carved round arch portico, above which an oval window in carved frame with cherubs, 17th century. Room with painted ceiling, elsewhere remains of decorative painting, first half of the 19th century. According to local tradition there was once a Catholic hidden chapel here.
