In aanleg 17e eeuws onderkelderd pand met verdieping onder pannen gedekt schilddak. De voorgevel draagt een 19e eeuws karakter, is gepleisterd en wordt afgesloten door een geprofileerde kroonlijst. In de voorgevel zesruitsschuifvensters; deur met bovenlicht; staafankers. In de achtergevel zesruitsschuifvensters; vier- en tweeruitsvensters.
