Omschrijving
Rooms-katholieke kerk van de Heilige Lambertus.
Bij de bouw van een nieuwe KERK in 1930 door de architect Valk bleven van de middeleeuwse dorpskerk bewaard: de laatgotische koorsluiting en de noordelijke zijbeuk.
Onder het schip zijn overgebleven en na het aanbrengen van een betonvloer zichtbaar gemaakt de overblijfselen van een wellicht tiende-eeuwse voor-Romaanse basiliek met crypt.
De westgevel van de basiliek is bewaard tegen de latere toren (apart monumentnummer 8198).
De kerk bezit een rijk gesneden barokaltaar met zuilenstellingen en beelden, begin achttiende eeuw.
Voorts een Lodewijk XV-preekstoel, twee houten beelden, Willibrordus en Lambertus, achttiende eeuw; twee rococo-opzetstukken en biechtstoelen.

Description
Roman Catholic Church of the Holy Lambertus.
During the construction of a new CHURCH in 1930 by architect Valk, the following were preserved from the medieval village church: the late-Gothic choir closing and the northern side aisle.
Beneath the nave remains have survived and after the installation of a concrete floor have been made visible, the remnants of a possibly 10th-century pre-Romanesque basilica with crypt.
The west gable of the basilica is preserved against the later tower (separate monument number 8198).
The church possesses a richly carved Baroque altar with column arrangements and figures, early 18th century.
Furthermore a Louis XV pulpit, two wooden figures, Willibrordus and Lambertus, 18th century; two Rococo altar pieces and confession boxes.
