Omschrijving
Pieters- of Bloklandsgasthuis, in 1907 gedeeltelijk gesloopt en vervangen door modern ziekenhuis. De hierna te noemen oude delen werden in 1912 gerestaureerd en dienen beschermd te worden: V.m. mannenzaal van omstreeks 1536 daterend, met houten tongewelf, langs de wand bedsteden met bijbehorende kisten etc. De kapel heeft een stenen overwelving uit omstreeks 1500. Merkwaardige spiltrap in de voorruimte aanwezig, van elders uit het gebouw naar hier overgebracht. Klok van Geryt van Wou sr., anno 1497, diameter 51 cm. Klok is gescheurd en sinds jaren buiten gebruik gesteld.

Description
Pieters or Bloklands Hospice, partially demolished in 1907 and replaced by a modern hospital. The old sections mentioned hereafter were restored in 1912 and should be protected: former male ward dating from circa 1536, with wooden barrel vault, bedsteads along the wall with accompanying chests etc. The chapel has a stone vaulting from circa 1500. Remarkable spiral staircase in the entrance hall, moved from elsewhere in the building. Bell by Geryt van Wou sr., anno 1497, diameter 51 cm. The bell is cracked and has been out of use for years.
