Omschrijving
Aan drie zijden vrijliggend, fors pakhuis onder twee evenwijdige zadeldaken. Aan de Peperstraat een gevel met trapeziumvormige top, waarvan de zijden gedekt zijn door bergstenen lijsten, een bol op elk van de vier hoeken en op het midden van de bovenzijde een gebeeldhouwde ton; het gevelvlak heeft zeven lagen van rondboogvensters, -luiken en boogvelden van gelijke vorm, de gevel aan de zijde van de Voordam eveneens. Op de verdieping van de langsgevel in de Houttil eveneens dergelijke rondboogvensters, op de beganegrond grote dubbele vensters, natuurstenen hoekblokken. De kelderlichten voorzien van diefijzers.

Description
Free-standing on three sides, substantial warehouse under two parallel gabled roofs. On the Peperstraat a gable with trapezoidal top, whose sides are covered by ashlar mouldings, a ball on each of the four corners and in the middle of the upper side a sculpted barrel; the facade plane has seven layers of round-arch windows, shutters and arch fields of equal form, the gable on the Voordam side likewise. On the first floor of the long gable in the Houttil likewise such round-arch windows, on the ground floor large double windows, ashlar corner blocks. The basement lights provided with theft bars.
