Omschrijving
Villa ‘Oorsprong’ met een in gele baksteen gemetselde kade, boenstoep en hekwerk. De villa is opgebouwd vanuit een rechthoekig grondplan, bestaande uit drie bouwlagen en een kelder. De muren zijn opgetrokken uit rode baksteen. Alle kozijnen zijn in eiken uitgevoerd. Het asymmetrische, rietgedekte zadeldak start ter plaatse van de noordoostgevel halverwege de eerste bouwlaag. Aan de zuidwestgevel start het dak vanuit de vloer van de tweede bouwlaag. De kap is aan de zuidoostzijde voorzien van een dwarskap met een zadeldakvorm. Aan drie zijden worden de kappen beëindigd met een wolfseind, de dwarskap is aan de noordoostzijde voorzien van een topgevel.

Description
Villa 'Oorsprong' with a quay, scraper step and fencing built in yellow brick. The villa is built from a rectangular ground plan, consisting of three storeys and a cellar. The walls are constructed in red brick. All frames are executed in oak. The asymmetrical, reed-thatched gabled roof begins at the north-east gable midway up the first storey. On the south-west gable the roof starts from the floor of the second storey. The roof structure is provided on the south-east side with a cross gable with a gabled roof shape. On three sides the roofs are terminated with a half-hipped end, the cross gable is provided on the north-east side with a top gable.
