Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan opgetrokken STOLPBOERDERIJ(1), onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex "Heerweg 58", onder een rietgedekt schilddak met de noklijn haaks op de Heereweg. Het dak is voorzien van een omgaande pannenrand van zwartgeglazuurde (voorschild) of gesmoorde (achter- en zijschilden) Hollandse pannen. Bovenin het voorschild staat een ronde schoorsteen van rode baksteen waarin spiraalvormige sierbanden van gele verblendsteen. De buitengevels zijn boven een gecementeerde plint gemetseld in rode machinale Waalsteen in kruisverband (voorgevel) of halfsteens verband (overige gevels), alle met snijvoeg. De halfsteens achter- en zijgevels hebben muurankers op halve gevelhoogte en bovenaan een bakgoot. De bakgoot boven de rechterzijgevel rust op geprofileerde gootklampen. De door een lijstgoot afgesloten voorgevel (W) telt vijf getoogde T-vensters: rechts twee, in het midden twee en links één. Rechts naast het linker venster bevindt zich een paneeldeur met twee gietijzeren deurroosters en een getoogd bovenlicht. In de bovenste helft van de segmentbogen boven de vensters is gele verblendsteen toegepast. In de rechterzijgevel (Z) bevindt zich links een keldervenster en rechts twee getoogde gietijzeren stalvensters. De linkerzijgevel (N) telt in totaal zeven tuimelraampjes. De achtergevel (O) heeft links een terugliggende opgeklampte darsdeur van staande kraalschroten met in de rechter deurhelft een kleine loopdeur. Rechts bevindt zich een opgeklampte staldeur van staande kraalschroten waarboven een bovenlicht. Tussen beide deuren is de achtergevel voorzien van drie kleine stalvensters.
Waardering
De stolpboerderij is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als historisch-functioneel hoofdonderdeel van het boerderijcomplex Heereweg 58 en als gaaf bewaard gebleven voorbeeld van een Noord-Hollandse stolp uit het laatste kwart van de negentiende eeuw.

Description
STOLPFARMHOUSE(1) erected on a rectangular ground plan, component of the farm complex "Heerweg 58", under a reed-thatched hipped roof with the ridge line perpendicular to the Heereweg. The roof is provided with a surrounding pan tile edge of black-glazed (front slope) or smoked (rear and side slopes) Dutch tiles. At the top of the front slope stands a round chimney of red brickwork with spiral-shaped ornamental bands of yellow facing brick. The external walls are, above a cemented plinth, laid in red machine-made Flemish bond in cross bond (front facade) or half-brick bond (other facades), all with struck joint. The half-brick rear and side facades have wall anchors at half facade height and at the top a roof gutter. The gutter above the right-hand side facade rests on profiled gutter brackets. The front facade (W) closed off by a cornice moulding features five arched T-windows: two on the right, two in the middle and one on the left. To the right of the left-hand window is situated a panel door with two cast-iron door grilles and an arched fanlight. In the upper half of the segmental arches above the windows yellow facing brick is applied. In the right-hand side facade (S) is situated on the left a cellar window and on the right two arched cast-iron stable windows. The left-hand side facade (N) contains in total seven tilting lights. The rear facade (E) has on the left a recessed clamped threshing door of standing bead moulding with in the right-hand door leaf a small passage door. On the right is situated a clamped stable door of standing bead moulding with above it a fanlight. Between both doors the rear facade is provided with three small stable windows.
Valuation
The stolpfarmhouse is of general importance because of its cultural-historical and architectural-historical value as a historically-functional principal component of the farm complex Heereweg 58 and as a well-preserved example of a North Holland stolp from the last quarter of the nineteenth century.
