WEEGBRUG MET WEEGHUISJE: Laag bakstenen gebouwtje (naar schatting) uit circa 1955 op rechthoekige plattegrond, het platte dak van beton heeft een klein overstek. Metselwerk van de gevels in halfsteensverband, met uitzondering van de westgevel waar de borstwering onder het driedelige venster een gemetseld sierpatroon vertoont: verticaal geplaatste strekken worden ritmisch afgewisseld met verticaal gemetselde bakstenen op hun plat. Zuidelijke kopgevel met glasdeur, links hiervan is op de penant een metalen bordje bevestigd met in hoofdletters de tekst "weegbruggen Molenschot =Breda=". Blinde oostgevel. Noordelijke kopgevel met ongedeeld venster. Ten westen van het weegbrughuisje is in de bestrating binnen een door betonbanden gevormde rechthoek een weegvloer van houten planken opgenomen.

WEIGH-BRIDGE WITH WEIGHING HOUSE: Low brick building (estimated) from circa 1955 on rectangular plan, the flat concrete roof has a small overhang. Brickwork of the gables in half-bond, with the exception of the west gable where the plinth below the three-part window displays a decorative brick pattern: vertically placed stretchers are rhythmically alternated with vertically laid bricks on their flat. Southern gable end with glazed door, to the left of this a metal plate is affixed to the plaster with the text in capital letters "weegbruggen Molenschot =Breda=". Blind east gable. Northern gable end with undivided window. To the west of the weighing house a weighing platform of wooden planks is set in the paving within a rectangle formed by concrete bands.
